THE DIAL

The midnight blue and white dial has a sunray texture, reflecting the light beautifully.

By using a curved dial, featuring applied indices, we have been able to make the case slightly slimmer. The minute and second hands are shaped to follow the curvature of the dial and has a beautiful skeletonized design.

The date window has a discreet chrome frame and is positioned at 6 o'clock, giving the design a symmetrical and balanced look.

THE MOVEMENT

BW003 features a Swiss made, 25 jewel automatic movement from Sellita, caliber SW300-1.

A major factor for choosing the SW300-1 was its slim profile, with a thickness of only 3,6 mm.

With a frequency of 4 Hz, or 8 vibrations per second, the second hand appears to float instead of tick.

Fratello Watches

"The stainless steel case, case back (in both transparent and solid versions) and crown all feel very well made. I am actually very impressed and a bit surprised. I’ve seen many so-so watches in this price range last year, that this is actually a bit of a relief and the proof that it can be done: designing and producing a good quality watch – being an independent – for a very fair price."

The Case

Our Solitär case measures 39 mm and is crafted from Swedish steel, considered being the highest quality steel in the world.

The case design features several of our signature design elements, and we have worked hard to achieve such a slim case profile.

Made In Sweden

BW003 is built by hand in the small coastal town of Båstad, by our experienced watchmakers.

Every watch is carefully tested and inspected several times during production.

Inside the case the watchmaker engraves his signature, as a way to show pride for his work.

Sapphire Crystal

All our watches feature a sapphire crystal, meaning your watch will stay beautiful without any scratches.

On the inside of the crystal we have applied an anti-reflective coating for better readability.

Swedish Steel

We're very proud to use Swedish steel for our cases, produced by Sandvik, a company dating back to 1862 and one of the leading steel producers in the world.

By choosing only the finest materials our watches will last a lifetime.

"If you're looking for a cool automatic that can be worn in nearly every situation and doesn't come from one of the usual-suspect Swiss brands, the Bravur BW003 is definitely worth taking a look at."
