SHIPPING
Worldwide shipping is included in the prices stated on the Bravur website.
Watches built to order are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. We use FedEx door-to-door service. A tracking number will be sent out via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.
Please make sure you have entered the correct address info, including cell phone no. and e-mail address.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IMPORT FEES, TAXES OR OTHER DUTIES WHEN A SHIPMENT REACHES ITS DESTINATION IS NOT INCLUDED.
All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Please inspect the delivery for damages carefully when you receive it and report to courier directly if any damage is found.
All watches are shipped from Sweden.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your Bravur timepiece we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This also applies to watches built on order.
Items returned must be in un-used condition in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Returned items must be accompanied with the original invoice. Return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
In case of complaints, please contact info@bravurwatches.com before sending the watch back.
