With so many different interests and projects, how do you see the relationship between work, hobbies, and life itself? Is there something you consider your 'main' passion right now?

I don’t really separate work, hobbies, and life, they’re all part of the same flow. Cycling and cars are my main passions right now. Both give me a sense of freedom, movement, and emotion. Whether I’m on a mountain road with my bike or behind the wheel of my 930, it’s the same feeling, connection, focus, and pure joy.

How do you find inspiration for your content and storytelling?

Inspiration comes from moments, places, and people. Sometimes it’s the light on a mountain road, the lines of a car, or a detail in architecture. I like to build stories around emotions, something real that people can feel.

How did you first get into cycling?

I got into cycling quite naturally, I’ve always loved the feeling of freedom it gives. It’s meditative, it clears my head, and it pushes me to go further, in every sense.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the cycling scene?

What I love most about the cycling scene is the community. There’s a shared energy, a mix of passion and creativity. It’s not just about performance, it’s about style, mindset, and connection.

Do you have a favorite cycling destination, and what makes it special?

Paris is definitely one of my favorite places to ride. The traffic, the chaos, the constant adrenaline at every intersection, it’s intense, but that’s what makes me feel alive. All your senses are awake. There’s a strong and vibrant cycling culture there, with great coffee shops and a real sense of community. It’s urban energy at its best.

What draws you to classic cars like your Porsche 911, and how does that passion intersectwith your other interests?

Classic cars, especially my Porsche 930, are all about emotion and character. They’re pure design and raw feeling. For me, it connects perfectly with cycling, both are about movement, precision, and the joy of the journey.

"Watches are part of my everyday rhythm. On the bike, they’re all about precision and time. Off the bike, they’re about design, balance, and emotion. A watch says a lot about how you see the world."

Is there a particular car journey or road trip that has been especially memorable for you?

There are two cycling road trips that really marked me.

The first one was with my wife and Sabine, they rode breakless fixed-gear bikes, and we followed them with our VW T3 van. It rained the entire trip, and it turned into an intense physical and mental challenge for them. But it was beautiful, raw, real, and emotional. We even made a film about it: watch here.

The second was during the lockdown, we rode from Paris to Bordeaux. The whole country was empty. No cars, no noise, just us, nature, and silence. It felt surreal, like rediscovering France in its purest form.

If you could combine one of your passions - cycling, cars, photography or design - into adream project, what would it look like?

My dream project would be to create a space that brings together car enthusiasts, cyclists, and lovers of design and architecture, a true “third place.” A place where people who share the same passions and values can connect, exchange ideas, and build something meaningful together. Somewhere that feels alive, where creativity, movement, and community naturally meet.

How do watches fit into your life, both on and off the bike?

Watches are part of my everyday rhythm. On the bike, they’re all about precision and time. Off the bike, they’re about design, balance, and emotion. A watch says alotabout how you see the world.
